LG unveiled the Quadbeat 3's successor, called 'Quad Beat 3 Tuned by AKG' and announced their flagship smartphone LG V10.

The company also confirmed that this new Quadbeat 3 will be bundled with the LG V10 smartphone.

Appearance of the new Quadbeat3 is slightly changed, compared to original one.

the Quadbeat 3 has quad layer dynamic driver developed by their own technology.

Quad Layer Speaker Technology™

1st layer: metal deposition layer

2nd layer: high elasticity polymer film

3rd layer: acrylic damping control layer

4th layer: high elasticity polymer film

By using this technology, LG explained that user can hear rich bass and clear treble sound, therefore this IEM is specialized for pop, rock and hip hop songs.
