ReplyDeleteI provided the pair but I lost the silicone sleeves FeelsBadMan
Deletelooks a lot like er4pt type of response with enhanced bass, these measured really well, and distortion is on par with other single BA.
ReplyDeleteYeah, measured really well. Fairly good tonal balance.
DeleteI prefer phonak over etymotic hf. I dont hear more bass just smoother sound, maybe because ety midrange. If anything the ety sounds thicker.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Phonak has plenty of fans. Too bad that they discontinued their IEMs
DeleteYes, the Phonak is a very good sounding IEM. I actually prefer to pair the Phonak with the Comply T130 tips (not T100 tips), much better and smoother sounding than the Shure Olive tips. I seem to get an unnatural frequency peak around 8kHz region with the Shure Olive tips, just like how your measurement illustrates.
ReplyDeleteOh, I see.
DeleteI like to use ts100 with 100ohm serial resistance. giving a very wide square sound stage.
Deleteis the distortion audible, and is the difference between them audible? Looks very good besides the distortion.
ReplyDeleteNot really. I don't think so that that distortion is audible.
