  2. looks a lot like er4pt type of response with enhanced bass, these measured really well, and distortion is on par with other single BA.

  3. I prefer phonak over etymotic hf. I dont hear more bass just smoother sound, maybe because ety midrange. If anything the ety sounds thicker.

  4. Yes, the Phonak is a very good sounding IEM. I actually prefer to pair the Phonak with the Comply T130 tips (not T100 tips), much better and smoother sounding than the Shure Olive tips. I seem to get an unnatural frequency peak around 8kHz region with the Shure Olive tips, just like how your measurement illustrates.

    1. I like to use ts100 with 100ohm serial resistance. giving a very wide square sound stage.

  5. is the distortion audible, and is the difference between them audible? Looks very good besides the distortion.
